Monthly pamentYou pay one amount per month for all the invoices that you have added to your Flex account. The payments are done via direct debit. All you need to do, is make sure there sufficient balance on your bank account.
Change the monthly amount You can change the monthly amount as often as you like, without any additional fees. Changing the amount can be done in the AfterPay app or in MyRiverty. The monthly amount does affect the amount of interest that you pay. Do you increase your monthly amount? Then you will pay less interest. When you lower the monthly amount, you will pay more interest. You decide what amounts is the best fit for you.
How do I change the payment date?Would you like to pay on a different day? Then please contact our customer service. We are happy to select another payment date for you.
The payment was unsuccessful. What now?
If we were not able to deduct the payment from your bank account, we will send you an email with more information. You do not have to do anything right now. Please do make sure you will have sufficient balance when the next payment date arrives. If we are not able to deduct the payment the second time in a row, we are obliged to inform Bureau Krediet Registratie (BKR). Also, you will not be able to use your Flex account until you have paid the missing payments.
I am not able to pay the monthly amount. What can I do?
You can always change the monthly amount in the app or MyRiverty to fit your financial situation. This does affect the amount of interest that you pay.
I would like to pay the full outstanding Flex balance at once. How does this work?
Woud you like to pay your open balance at once? Go to the app or MyRiverty and edit your monthly amount. You are able to select the full open balance. We will now deduct this amount from your bank account on the next payment date.
Can I pause my payment for Flex?
It is not possible to pause or postpone your payment. You are always abe to change the monthly amount. Changing your monthly amount affects the amount of interest you will pay.
